This year you will be building on the skills you learnt in Year 7-line, tone, shape and form. You will be focussing on light and dark, expression and portraiture. You will learn a variety of new techniques including Print making and Photography, but also how to create meaningful art to communicate a message. The final element of the year will be a landscape unit inspired by Impressionism with a trip to the seaside for inspiration!
